Job summary

Rolls-Royce Corporation in Singapore is seeking a skilled TIG welder to support engine servicing and component repair within a high-precision manufacturing environment.

You will read 3D feature drawings, adhere to strict technical procedures, and operate dedicated tools. The role involves rotating shifts (Day/Afternoon/Night) and potential overtime, with safety and 5S housekeeping as core expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of NITEC or Diploma in an engineering related field.
• Able to interpret and read 3D feature drawings.
• Must be able to work on rotating shifts (Day, Afternoon, Night) and overtime if required, inclusive of weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG welding.
• Perform work in accordance with approved technical procedures and company standards (EASA/CAAS Part 145 or equivalent).
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery used in engine servicing and component repair.
• Work in accordance with technique sheets and quality procedures.
• Implement improvement initiatives, up keeping of 5S activities and housekeeping standards.
