NUTEK PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced CNC machinist to set up and operate CNC milling and turning equipment in our Singapore workshop. You will read drawings, inspect parts, and ensure dimensional accuracy according to the setup sheet.

We value hands-on experience, tool integrity, and adherence to safety and ISO 14001 standards while maintaining a clean and efficient workstation. Join a team focused on quality and continuous improvement in manufacturing.

Competenze

Higher Nitec/Nitec with relevant experience.
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience for those without Higher Nitec/Nitec.
Knowledge of CNC lathe and machining process, plus ability to read drawings.

Mansioni

Prepare material and tools as stated in the set-up sheet.
Set up and operate the CNC Milling and Turning machine.
Checking critical features and dimensions.
Report on a blunt or broken tool.
Report on material requires for production at a low level.
Compliance with ISO 14001 objectives.
Perform proper maintenance procedures, keeping the machine/tools and workplace clean.
Adhere to Environment Health and Safety requirements at the workplace.
