Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• Perform 3D/CNC programming and setting of milling machines.
• Familiar with Fanuc Control System.
• Possess knowledge of machine tools, speeds, feeds, and insert technology.
• Have good knowledge of CNC manufacturing processes, including setting, programming, and operating.
• Provide technical support on production issues, including designing jigs and fixtures for machining purposes, with good knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes, including re-design.
• Verify the conformance of finished parts to specifications using measuring and inspection tools.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Experience in operating and setting up CNC milling machines.
• Good knowledge of milling tooling and machining processes.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Proficient in using SolidWorks and Mastercam software.
