Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a CNC Milling Programmer to operate and set up milling machines in our Singapore workshop.

You will work with Fanuc controls and contribute to the development of jig and fixture designs to support precision machining. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of related experience, strong knowledge of milling tooling and processes, and proficiency in SolidWorks and Mastercam software.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and setting up CNC milling machines.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and Mastercam software.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D/CNC programming and setting of milling machines.
• Familiar with Fanuc Control System.
• Design jigs and fixtures for machining purposes, with good knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes, including re-design.
• Verify the conformance of finished parts to specifications using measuring and inspection tools.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Have good knowledge of CNC manufacturing processes, including setting, programming, and operating.
• Provide technical support on production issues, including designing jigs and fixtures for machining purposes, with good knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes, including re-design.
• Verify the conformance of finished parts to specifications using measuring and inspection tools.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Experience in operating and setting up CNC milling machines.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
