GRAND VENTURE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks an experienced CNC Milling programmer/setter familiar with Fanuc controls. You will perform 3D/CNC programming and setting of milling machines, contribute to tooling selection, and support production with quick, accurate setup.

The role requires over 3 years in CNC machining, solid knowledge of milling tooling, speeds, feeds, and insert tech. Proficiency in SolidWorks and Mastercam is essential to design fixtures, verify parts with

• Experience in operating CNC mills and setting up.
• Good knowledge in milling tooling and machine processes.
• More than 3 years in relevant experience in related field.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and Mastercam software.

Responsabilidades

• Perform 3D/CNC programming & setting of Milling machine.
• Familiar with Fanuc Control System.
• Knowledge in machine tools, speed, feeds & insert technology.
• Must have good knowledge on CNC manufacturing process, setting/programming/operating.
• Technical support on production issue including Design jigs & fixtures with good knowledge in understand of manufacturing include re-design.
• Verifying conformance of finished parts to specifications, using measuring and inspection tools.
• Others ad-hoc duties assigned.
