Job summary

ORICUS SEMICON SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machinist to read and execute machining work using CNC machines, and to optimize tool setups and program updates.

You will support batch sizing, monitor machine speeds, troubleshoot, and ensure output meets specifications, while upholding 5S practices. In-person work location; a clean, precise micro-precision parts manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience with CAD/CAM.
• At least 5 years CNC Machining experience.
• Experience with micro precision parts manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Reading, interpreting and/or executing various machining works using CNC Machines
• Operating and setup of CNC machines
• Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required
• Prepare and update of CNC programs
• Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc.
• Perform machine troubleshooting, periodic preventive maintenance of all machines
• Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects
• Performs cleaning and maintaining of 5S practices
