Job summary

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
• Ability to interpret BOM and drawings.
• Strong knowledge of milling tooling and machining processes.
• Minimum 5 years' CNC milling experience with 3 years in 4–5 axis programming.

• Create setup sheets with tool lists and cutting parameters.
• Update programs monthly after testing; generate setup sheets.
• Ensure all program, setup and tooling lists comply with QSM and engineering procedures.
• Review and approve all program sheets.

• Perform additional duties as required.

Job description

Job Descriptions:-

• 1) Prepare program with the understanding of drawing detail, customer specifications and requirements.
• 2) Create set-up sheet with tool list and cutting parameter to assist production department to achieve its production quotas with quality and safety guidelines.
• 3) Conduct monthly update of program once the program is tested, generate setup sheet for each parts as required.
• 4) Ensure all program, set-up and tooling list is generate as per company QSM and engineering department procedures.
• 5) Responsible to review and approve of all program sheets.
• 6) As and when required, design fixture and request for new tools.
• 7) As and when required, other appointed duties.

Requirements:-
