Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a hands-on CNC Assembly Supervisor to oversee daily CNC machine assembly operations and ensure adherence to quality standards and schedules. You will lead a team of assembly technicians, train staff, and address process and equipment issues in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and practical CNC assembly knowledge with ability to interpret drawings and apply 5S and HSE

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is required or preferred.
• Experience in CNC assembly processes or quality control is advantageous.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CNC machine assembly operations.
• Ensure assembly follows quality standards, specs and production schedules.
• Lead, train and supervise assembly technicians for safe, efficient operations.
• Identify and address issues in the assembly process and delays.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback and manage personnel issues.
• Implement quality control processes to detect and correct defects.
