Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in precision/ mechanical engineering required.
• 5–8 years in a precision manufacturing environment.
• 3–5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Experience with CNC milling, CNC turning, and auto-lathe/high-volume machining.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities across CNC milling, turning, and auto-lathe sections.
• Plan and execute production schedules to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Drive process capability improvements and automation initiatives including MES/ ERP tools.
• Manage and develop a team of supervisors, engineers, technicians, and operators.
