Job summary

UNIQUE PRECISION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a CNC Operator to set up and run CNC machines in line with job orders and technical drawings. You will ensure daily production targets are met and maintain safe, clean work areas.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, performing setups, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision while contributing to quality and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Secondary qualification required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience operating CNC machines.
• Able to read engineering drawings and technical instructions.
• Capable of machine setup and independent CNC operation.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Team player focused on quality and production targets.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to job orders and technical drawings.
• Meet daily production schedules and output targets.
• Perform machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Recommend improvements to enhance production efficiency and productivity.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of machines, equipment, and work area.
• Carry out daily tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
