Purpose of The Role:
Our organization is seeking an experienced and strategicTechnology Business Partnerto lead technology alignment, service delivery, and digital strategy execution across the Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei cluster.
This role serves as the primary liaison between Group Technology Services (GTS) and senior business leaders within the cluster. The incumbent will ensure that technology strategy, investments, and operational capabilities directly support local and regional business objectives, driving digital transformation while optimizing technology budgets and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
Act as the strategic technology advisor to the Cluster Leadership Team and Cluster Managing Director, ensuring deep alignment between GTS initiatives and business goals.
Represent the GTS function within the cluster, communicating group technology roadmaps, standards, and digital initiatives effectively to local stakeholders.
Oversee the execution, delivery, and performance monitoring of technology services and systems across the Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei cluster.
Partner with GTS functional leads to maintain high system reliability, security, and service standards.
Facilitate and support the implementation of enterprise‑wide technology projects and digital solutions utilizing standard project management frameworks.
Consolidate, finalize, and manage the cluster’s technology budget, operational expenditures, and forecasting in alignment with regional GTS roadmaps.
Oversee cross‑charge models, track monthly financial metrics, and identify cost‑optimization opportunities without compromising service quality.
Manage complex internal and external stakeholder relationships in a highly matrixed corporate structure.
Support Regional Functional Leads in managing local GTS team members, offering performance feedback and contextual guidance to ensure seamless service delivery.
Must-Have:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive technology leadership experience across multiple technical domains (e.g., ERP systems, application development, IT infrastructure, cyber security, project management).
Demonstrated track record as an IT Business Partner within a multi‑national or matrixed corporate environment.
Proven capability in managing capital and operational IT budgets, forecasting spending, and cost‑benefit analysis.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence leadership and achieve consensus without direct authority.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
