ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking a CloudOps Engineer for a 1-year renewable contract in Changi, Singapore. You will manage, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, networking, and automation to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of cloud-hosted applications and services.

The role requires at least 2 years in Cloud Infrastructure/DevOps, hands-on AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, MSSQL, Bash, Windows automation, AD, DNS and web servers (Apache/Nginx).

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Cloud Infrastructure/DevOps or similar fields.
• Hands-on with AWS Cloud Services.
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform.
• Experience with MSSQL databases.
• Proficiency in Bash scripting and Windows automation.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS and Group Policy administration.
• Experience managing web servers such as Apache and Nginx.
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure, networking and application issues.

CloudOps Engineer (1-Year Contract, Renewable)

Location: Changi ,Singapore
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated CloudOps Engineer to support the management, maintenance, and optimization of cloud infrastructure and operational environments. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, networking, and automation, and will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud-hosted applications and services.

This role offers the opportunity to work with modern cloud technologies, infrastructure automation, DevOps practices, and mission-critical production systems

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Networking, or DevOps environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services.
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform.
• Experience with MSSQL databases.
• Proficiency in Bash scripting and Windows automation.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy administration.
• Experience managing web servers such as Apache and Nginx.
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and application-related issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as:PrometheusGrafanaCloudWatch
• Understanding of cloud security best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to speak and write Mandarin is required as the incumbent will be supporting cloud infrastructure, production environments and technical operations for Mandarin-speaking users, vendors and business stakeholders across regional markets.

The role requires reviewing and troubleshooting technical documentation, incident tickets, system logs, operational procedures, and infrastructure-related communications that are primarily maintained in Mandarin.
