Job summary

BGC GROUP PTE. LTD. seeks a Cloud Platform Engineer to design, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, with IaC, CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps focus.

You will manage AWS services (EKS/ECR/S3), container workloads, and cloud security best practices, collaborating across teams in a government technology environment. We value 1–2 years of AWS experience, hands-on CI/CD and IaC skills, and strong communication abilities to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct experience on AWS
• 1-2 years of direct experience implementing or administering DevOps pipelines
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably CloudFormation or Terraform
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm or AWS container services such as EKS and ECR
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, VPC, API Gateway, RDS or DynamoDB
• Understanding of cloud security scanning, compliance controls and infrastructure hardening
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to different audiences
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline

We are hiring a Cloud Platform Engineer to support the operations, administration and continuous improvement of an Enterprise Application Integration platform in a government technology environment.

You will design, develop, deploy and maintain secure cloud-native backend infrastructure on AWS. You will also build and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions, manage CI/CD pipelines, and support cloud networking, security, routing, load balancing, DNS and connectivity.

Contract Details

Employment type: Full-time contract

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm

Salary: Up to S$6000 per month, subject to confirmation
