Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Cloud Wintel Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on cloud solutions, Windows server administration, and infrastructure management to optimize performance and reliability.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining AWS/Azure infra, deploying services, implementing IaC, and collaborating with development teams to deploy cloud-native applications. Strong scripting and automation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering/Information System.
• 5+ years in Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell and Workplace Management Tools.
• Strong knowledge of PC Imaging Deployment, Patch Management and Software Distribution.
• Experience with AWS and Azure and IaC tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of endpoint hardware and images (OS, software, drivers, updates).
• Plan, implement and support Patch Management and Software Distribution services.
• Design, implement and maintain AWS or Azure infrastructure for scalability, security and high availability.
• Deploy and manage AWS/Azure services such as EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Functions.
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy cloud-native apps.
• Implement IaC using CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Troubleshoot AWS/Azure infrastructure, applications and connectivity.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for cloud resources.
• Administer back-end infrastructure with focus on PC Imaging.
• Support desktop and server escalations for Workplace Management tools issues.
• Perform QA testing for changes to endpoint devices.
• Contribute to automation and operational process improvements.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and up-to-date documentation.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required.
