Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD seeks an experienced Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to lead cloud infrastructure across sandbox, QA, UAT and production. You will design Azure-based platform capabilities and implement IaC templates for consistent provisioning.

You will drive CI/CD pipelines, enforce security controls, and support AI-enabled applications with reliable, scalable patterns. This role requires strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on cloud engineering experience, with Azure in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with Azure services: Landing Zones, Policy, Monitor, Cost Management, Defender.
• Extensive IaC experience using Bicep, Terraform or equivalent.
• Strong CI/CD/GitOps experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, ShipHATS or similar.
• Experience enforcing DevSecOps practices and platform guardrails.
• Identity and access engineering using Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, PIM and CA.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate Azure-based platform capabilities for sandbox, QA, UAT and production environments.
• Develop and maintain IaC templates for consistent provisioning.
• Create self-service paths for product teams including templates and deployment patterns.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated quality gates; manage release processes.
