Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. seeks a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer in Singapore to lead cloud infrastructure initiatives. You will design and operate Azure-based platform capabilities and advance infrastructure-as-code, automated provisioning, and secure software delivery.

Responsibilities include building self-service paths for product teams, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and embedding security by default across platforms and governance controls.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on cloud engineering in Azure environments.
Experience with Azure Landing Zones, Policy, Monitor and Cost Management.
Proficient in IaC with Azure Bicep, Terraform or equivalent.
Proven CI/CD and GitOps experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, ShipHATS.
Strong security controls, policy-as-code and vulnerability scanning.

Responsibilities

Design and operate Azure-based platform capabilities across environments.
Create and maintain IaC templates for consistent provisioning.
Build self-service workflows for environment provisioning and templates.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and release management with quality gates.
Embed security controls and guardrails into platform workflows.
