Job summary

ICEMAX SG PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Vendor Manager to oversee day-to-day relationships with AWS, GCP, Cloudflare and other technology providers in Singapore. The role involves coordinating quotations, costing, solution packaging and commercial negotiations to meet customer requirements.

You will collaborate with Sales and Engineering to build cloud service packages, benchmark market costs, and manage contracts, terms and onboarding for client projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with vendor and partner management.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or similar).
• Commercial negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with Sales and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships and communication with AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, AI providers and other technology vendors
• Act as the main point of contact between external vendors and our internal teams
• Request vendor quotations and compare pricing options across providers and services
• Calculate costs for different cloud and infrastructure configurations
• Work with Sales and Engineering to build cloud service packages that fit customer requirements
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, credits, payment terms, commitments, SLAs and contract terms with vendors
• Continuously benchmark the market to secure more competitive costs
• Follow up on quotations, provisioning, contracts, technical requirements and billing issues
• Support customer projects on the vendor side, including onboarding, service setup and issue coordination
• Research and evaluate alternative cloud, network, cybersecurity and AI infrastructure providers

About the role
