Job summary

BW Group is seeking a Manager of Cloud Services to define and govern the Cloud architecture and M365 Environment for BW Group, ensuring cloud platforms are designed, implemented, and evolved in alignment with industry best practices.

This role provides architectural leadership across Azure, M365, networking, identity, and security, evaluating Azure security capabilities to ensure secure, resilient, scalable, and cost‑effective solutions for enterprise workloads.

Qualifications

6+ years hands-on experience in Azure and M365 Solution Architecture.
10+ years total experience in infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering.
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Azure environments.
Strong expertise in: Azure networking (VNets, peering, routing, private endpoints, WAF, Firewalls).
Knowledge of Azure security, Entra, PIM, and identity/zero trust concepts.

Responsibilities

Define and govern the Cloud and M365 architecture for BW Group.
Provide architectural leadership across Azure, M365, networking, identity, and security.
Evaluate Azure application requests for security alignment and risk.
Collaborate with BW businesses to design and deploy secure, scalable solutions in Azure.
Manage external vendors and internal DevOps practices for safe, agile delivery.
