Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced CISO to lead the cybersecurity strategy, architecture and engineering for a cloud-native, AI-driven technology company in Singapore. The role combines strategic leadership with deep technical oversight across cloud infrastructure, data, AI platforms and SDLC.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cybersecurity with leadership experience
• Experience as CISO or equivalent leadership role
• Cloud security across AWS, Azure and GCP
• Strong AI/ML security knowledge and practical AI platform security
• Familiar with CNAPP/CSPM, EDR, SIEM, IAM, WAF and container security
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical cybersecurity strategy and roadmap
• Lead Security Engineering, Cloud Security, Application Security, Security Operations and Threat Management
• Establish security architecture, engineering standards and secure-by-design principles
• Advise CTO/CIO and executives on security posture and risk
• Lead security across AWS, Azure and/or GCP
• Oversee cloud security, IAM, data security and network security
• Embed security into cloud transformation and platform engineering
• Develop AI security framework covering Generative AI and AI-enabled apps
• Drive DevSecOps and security-by-design practices in SDLC
• Oversee security risk assessments, vulnerability management and third-party risk
• Ensure regulatory compliance and cyber resilience
• Strengthen disaster recovery and crisis management
