Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an After-Sales Engineer to bridge customers and internal teams in a cloud-native container platform environment in Singapore.

You will deliver on-site guidance, support pre- and post-sales activities, and prepare technical documentation while collaborating with product and R&D to improve service delivery. A degree in CS/CE and at least 1 year of IT/ops experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1 year of relevant IT/Internet industry experience, with exposure to after-sales support, R&D, or operations and maintenance.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing technologies, including Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and container platform ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site technical guidance, product demonstrations, and training sessions to help customers evaluate and adopt the platform.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams, managing relationships and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Partner with the sales team to identify business opportunities, develop solution proposals, and provide pre- and post-sales technical support.
• Prepare and own key technical documentation including project proposals, tender submissions, test reports, and implementation plans.
• Gather and synthesise customer and market feedback, channeling actionable insights to product management and R&D teams.
• Manage and resolve customer support tickets, ensuring issues are tracked, escalated where necessary, and closed within agreed timelines.
• Represent the company at industry events, marketing activities, and technical forums, including delivering presentations and keynote contributions.
• Engage in technical exchanges and collaborative initiatives with ecosystem partners and third-party vendors.
