Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

The role covers migration, deployment, and upgrades with a strong focus on security, reliability, and performance. The ideal candidate has hands-on IaC expertise (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM) and familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes), networking (VPC, VPN, firewalls), and cloud-native services.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments.
• Security best practices for cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions across public and hybrid cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver cloud migration, deployment, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Provision and maintain cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of cloud-based systems.
• Monitor cloud environments and ensure compliance with contractual SLAs.
• Perform routine maintenance, patching, backup management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Implement and manage virtual networks, VPNs, firewalls, and security configurations in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to support CI/CD pipelines and containerized workloads.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve cloud infrastructure and network-related issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and project reports.

Job description

We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Cloud Engineers with hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), networking fundamentals, virtualization, and security best practices.

Job Requirements

• Experience with virtualization, hypervisors, and cloud-native services.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of networking concepts including VPC, VPN, firewalls, load balancers, and routing.
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud infrastructure.
