Job summary

BGC GROUP PTE. LTD. is hiring a Cloud Platform Engineer to support the operations, administration and continuous improvement of an Enterprise Application Integration platform in a government technology environment.

You will design, deploy and maintain secure cloud-native backend infrastructure on AWS. You will also build and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions, manage CI/CD pipelines, and support cloud networking, security, routing, load balancing, DNS and connectivity.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct AWS administration experience.
• 1-2 years of DevOps/DevSecOps pipeline experience.
• Hands-on with GitLab CI or Jenkins.
• Infrastructure as Code experience with CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container services (EKS/ECR).
• Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, S3, VPC, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB).
• Understanding cloud security scanning and infrastructure hardening.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain secure AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Build IaC solutions with CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Develop DevOps/DevSecOps pipelines for automated build, test, deploy.
• Manage AWS services including EKS, ECR, S3, Lambda, VPC and networking.
• Support container workloads with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Apply security scanning and cloud security best practices.
• Monitor performance and improve reliability with feedback loops.
• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
