Job summary

APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is hiring for a Cloud Operations Engineer to manage Azure and Google Cloud across Asia.

You will coordinate with a cloud MSP, serve as the escalation point to central teams, and support landing zones, middleware, and lifecycle upgrades. The role includes DRP support, cloud cost monitoring, and on-call coverage across Asia time zones. The ideal candidate has a IT/engineering degree, hands-on Azure/GCP experience, and familiarity with Windows Server, AD, Okta, and PKI.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on cloud operations experience with Azure and/or GCP.
• Experience managing cloud managed-service providers or external partners.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Hyper-V and Microsoft PKI.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Okta, IDP and SSO.
• Experience with cloud monitoring and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Azure and GCP cloud and infrastructure operations for the Asia region.
• Coordinate with cloud managed-service partner and act as escalation point.
• Support cloud landing zones, middleware platforms, and lifecycle management.
• Contribute to DRP, backups, and business continuity activities.
• Apply FinOps practices to monitor cloud usage and costs.
• Provide on-call cloud support for Asia time zone.
