Job summary
Honeywell International, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Software Engineer for the Building Operation Center to monitor Forge cloud applications, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Field Service Professionals to keep services reliable and responsive.
In this role you will analyze system health, triage incidents, and provide actionable insights to improve customer outcomes, leveraging cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and HVAC knowledge.
Qualifications
- Requires degree in an engineering discipline and 3+ years in software engineering.
- Experience monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and logging/alerting systems.
- Experience with Building Management Systems or HVAC is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Forge cloud applications, assess system health and performance.
- Triages Forge service cases and coordinates with Field Service Professionals.
- Use Forge data to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights.
- Investigate connectivity and performance issues and track resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and customer outcomes.
- Provide feedback to back-end teams to support product improvements.
- Maintain operational records and contribute to SLAs.
