Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Singapore seeks a Field Service Engineer II to design, configure and support BMS, FAS, CCTV, Access Control and related third-party systems on live projects. You will work independently on live systems, respond to service calls, and maintain hardware, software and network configurations in line with contract requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and a minimum of 3 years of field experience, with strong communication and customer-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering as stated; field experience required.
• Ability to work independently on live systems and handle on-site installations.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and configuration of BMS, FAS, CCTV, Access Control, Security and Third Party Systems.
• Hands-on experience implementing DCS, SCADA, virtualization and PCN networks is a plus.
• Assist clients with third party vendor communications to Honeywell systems.
• Provide technical support to customers and act as the primary project/service contact.
• Program code and logic including system configuration, implementation and troubleshooting.
• Document work performed accurately and thoroughly.
• Knowledge and experience with Honeywell Systems is beneficial.
• Support service calls and preventive/corrective maintenance of system hardware/software/networks.
