Responsibilities

• Operate the Managed Service platform and collaborate with internal service teams to meet customers' infrastructure and application deployment needs.
• Troubleshoot deployments, reproduce issues, and build proof-of-concept apps with advanced techniques.
• Work on critical, complex customer problems spanning multiple AWS services.
• Help build and maintain CloudFormation templates and automation scripts for deployment and changes.
• Collaborate to build utilities and tools enabling high-speed, large-scale operations.
• Provide voice of the customer to internal AWS teams during incidents.
• Drive clear customer communication during critical events.
• Learn and adopt emerging technologies.
