Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or 4+ years of technical support experience.
• 4+ years of network and OS support experience.
• 4+ years of virtualization, orchestration and cloud computing experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Managed Service platform and collaborate with internal service teams to meet customers' infrastructure and application deployment needs.
• Troubleshoot application deployments, reproduce customer issues, and build proof-of-concept applications.
• Handle critical, highly complex customer problems spanning multiple AWS services.
