Job summary

QUESS SINGAPORE is hiring a Network Engineer to manage day-to-day operation and administration of network and security infrastructure in Singapore. The role requires hands-on experience with firewall, switches, routers, VPN, and NAC systems, including Aruba Clearpass and Palo Alto devices.

You will monitor performance, support service requests, and implement network improvements. Candidates should have at least 3 years of network experience; CCNP/CCIE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Aruba Clearpass (NAC).
• Experience in firewall, switches, and load balancers.
• Must be able and willing to work after office hrs. if required.
• CCNP/CCIE certification is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years relevant Network experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the network infrastructure.
• Monitor the network performance to ensure availability and reliability.
• Support network related service requests.
• Proficient in analyzing and optimizing network performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot outages.
• Design and implement new network solutions and improve efficiency.
• Update security policy documents and network diagrams.
• Liaise with vendors for problem resolution.
