Job summary

Singapore Post is seeking a Solution Design & Technical Lead to own end-to-end architecture for cloud-native projects. You will design scalable, secure microservices in Node.js, manage API governance, and drive robust CI/CD with Terraform automation.

You will mentor a team, lead SIT/UAT, and ensure production readiness while maintaining compliance with security standards and technical debt reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years in IT: software engineering, systems analysis, or solution design.
• Professional certifications like PMP, CSM/CSPO, ITIL are a plus.
• Experience in Logistics, Postal, Supply Chain, or Warehousing is preferred.
• Strong requirements gathering and translating needs into technical solutions.
• Solid SDLC, Agile, release management, SIT, QA experience.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP, EDI, SFTP integrations.
• Familiar with cloud platforms (GCP/Azure/AWS), Terraform, CI/CD, security, observability.
• Experience with Node.js, microservices, CQRS, Saga, Eventual Consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and documentation of scalable cloud-native solutions.
• Architect end-to-end solutions, ensuring security and performance.
• Guide CI/CD pipelines and IaC deployments (Terraform).
• Mentor team through code reviews and security best practices.
• Own incidents and perform hands-on debugging for complex issues.
• Oversee SIT/UAT and ensure production readiness.
