Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale modernisation and migration programs in large organisations.
• Strong technical background across multiple programming paradigms; familiarity with Python advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, Istio, PostgreSQL, cloud-native platforms and tooling.
• Deep understanding of MACH Architecture, Evolutionary Architecture, Event-driven Architecture, Distributed Systems Design.
• Experience building cloud-native apps using microservices, serverless, APIs, data streaming and sync/async.
• Understanding of distributed systems consistency models (Linearizability, Serializability).
• Experience designing highly available, multi-AZ & multi-region, multi-cloud systems.
• Knowledge of security engineering, observability, reliability engineering, and performance optimisation.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to defend technical solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with C-level leaders using a consultative selling approach.
• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into measurable business value and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Lean delivery, CD, DevOps, SRE.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business verticals to identify modernisation opportunities aligned with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Involved with pre-sales, generating proposals, shaping engagements, educating clients and colleagues on value delivery.
• Take a consultative approach with clients' C-level executives to enable business goals and redefine industry.
• Be a key member of Enterprise Modernisation, Platform and Cloud service line, shaping content and scalable practices.
• Drive creation of industry-leading IP and best practices for modernising legacy systems and nurturing future thought leaders.
• Partner with technical leaders to support delivery teams and ensure successful engagements.
• Stay current with the organisation's business strategy and technology goals.
• Achieve billing targets by being staffed on client engagements.
