Job summary

USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Solution Architect to drive architecture and design of enterprise applications.

You will govern implementation, align with business goals and mentor engineers across CI/CD, cloud-native practices and security considerations. The role requires 7+ years in application development and design, strong knowledge of integration patterns, and hands-on proficiency in .NET, Java, React.js, Node.js, MySQL and MongoDB within AWS cloud

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in application development and design, and business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of solution architectures and integration patterns.
• Ability to design and develop large scale applications to solve complex business problems.
• Proficient in .NET, Java, React.js, Node.js, MySQL and MongoDB.
• Familiar with multi-paradigm programming languages.
• Experience in SDLC in an Agile Scrum context.
• Experience in OAuth2/OpenID connect.
• Experience in containers, microservices and DevSecOps technologies.
• Familiar with cloud-native technology.
• Experience in AWS cloud environment; certification preferred.
• Good understanding of SRE/Service/Security/Compliance Management processes.
• Good analytical skills and ability to multi-task and deliver results.
• Self-driven, creative and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Work with business teams and product owners to ideate Solution Architecture and Design.
• Govern implementation to align proposed solution and design.
• Support development teams by providing advice and guiding engineers in solving technical problems, code review.
• Improve software quality using cloud-native and Agile development practices such as TDD, automated CI/CD.
• Assist QA on test automation and identify technical pitfalls and challenges.
• Collaborate with other architects to align reusable libraries design.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Enterprise, Applications, Security teams for CI/CD pipelines and integrations.
• Experiment and create prototype for exploratory works.
