Job summary

sggovterp is seeking an engineer to join a cross-functional team responsible for end-to-end delivery of digital products. You will design, build, test, and operate services across frontend and backend stacks with cloud-native architecture.

You will work with React, FastAPI, Express.js, Spring or Django, and on AWS/GCP/Azure, embracing microservices, containers, and IaC. A strong focus on security, testing, and performance completes the profile.

Qualifications

• Proficient in modern frontend and backend web application development.
• Experience with cloud-native and serverless platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with microservices, scalable and resilient architectures.
• Knowledge of event-driven design and messaging (SQS/SNS/Kinesis).
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational stores (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
• Experience with containers and IaC (Docker, ECS, Terraform).
• DevSecOps mindset with CI/CD (Git, GitLab, GitHub).
• Secure-by-Design in Agile, including SAST/DAST.
• Test-Driven Development and automated testing across the stack.
• Exposure to performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to iterative delivery across the full software lifecycle.
• Participate in design through live operations and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, TLs, and engineers.
• Apply GenAI-assisted development workflows as we evolve practices.
