Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled infrastructure engineer to plan, implement, and manage technical aspects of complex infrastructure projects in Singapore.

You will lead deployments, migrations, and end-to-end solutions while guiding junior engineers and producing technical documentation. The role requires strong Windows Server and Unix/Linux experience, virtualization know-how (Nutanix preferred), and knowledge of VPNs, firewalls, and security devices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server and Unix/Linux environments, including virtualized platforms.
• Hands-on expertise in virtualization technologies with Nutanix preferred.
• NCP/NCM certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of VPNs, firewalls, security appliances, switches and routers.
• Experience with container technologies.
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking and security.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, analytical, and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor, and manage technical aspects of infrastructure projects.
• Lead or support system and network infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
• Design and deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, assigning project tasks and supporting skills development.
• Prepare project documentation, technical reports, and implementation plans.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve infrastructure and system issues.
