Job summary

Elliott Moss Consulting is seeking an experienced Cloud Operations professional to manage and automate cloud infrastructure, migrations, and ongoing support across engagements. You will work with AWS/Azure, implement Terraform and CloudFormation, and ensure secure, scalable environments.

The role requires hands-on delivery, strong collaboration, and ongoing documentation to support corporate cloud strategies and projects in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of cloud operations experience.
• Hands-on experience in cloud operations, administration, and delivery.
• Experience participating in technical implementation discussions.
• Ability to operate and administer cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure configurations meet performance, security, scalability, maintainability and reliability requirements.
• Experience codifying, implementing, or deploying configurations using automation-by-default principles in new projects.
• Experience maintaining cloud systems through automation tools such as Ansible, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
• Experience preparing and maintaining accurate technical documentation.
• Experience participating in VM cloud migrations using tools like Cloud Endure or Azure Migrate.
• Experience with more than 20 VM or database migrations.
• Strong understanding of cloud market trends and competitive insights.
• Ability to contribute to process improvements and optimisation of cloud environments.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong collaboration within a technical team.
• Ability to provide technical expertise and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to resolve technical issues within SLAs and document resolutions.
• Relevant cloud certifications are expected; AWS preferred.
