Job summary

Keppel Technology Solutions in Singapore invites recent graduates to join as Cloud and Data/AI Support specialists. You will assist in implementing and supporting cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, Huawei, and Alibaba, plus data/AI services, while learning from senior engineers and architects.

You will help with POC testing, migrations, and ongoing operations, gaining exposure to data lakes, warehouses, pipelines, AI workloads, and governance practices in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
• Basic exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Huawei Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud through internships, academic projects, certifications, or work experience.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, storage, virtualisation, and Linux/Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of databases, data management, data processing, and data analytics concepts.
• Basic understanding of AI, ML, Generative AI, or LLMs is an added advantage.
• Exposure to data or AI tools/services through academic projects, internships, certifications, or personal projects is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, SQL, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes such as incident, change, problem, and asset management is a plus.
• Basic understanding of cloud security, IAM, data security, and governance is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in Cloud, Data, and AI domains.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work with senior engineers, architects, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting cloud and infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, Huawei Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud.
• Support cloud solution design, POC testing, migration activities, and project delivery under guidance of senior Cloud Engineers and Architects.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to customers and internal teams for cloud and infrastructure issues.
• Assist in monitoring cloud environments, system performance, availability, security, and resource utilization.
• Support basic configuration and administration of servers, networking, storage, virtualisation, Linux and Windows environments.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, procedures, compliance checklists, and basic governance requirements.
• Assist with post-project reviews and continuous improvement of cloud and infrastructure solutions.
• Assist in implementing and supporting cloud-based data and AI solutions including data lakes, data warehouses, databases, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.
• Support data ingestion, data integration, and data processing across cloud environments.
• Assist in deploying and supporting AI/ML workloads and services using cloud platforms and tools.
• Support POC activities involving Generative AI, ML, AI services, and data analytics.
• Assist in troubleshooting data pipelines, cloud data services, AI services, and application integrations.
• Work with senior engineers to understand data security, governance, access control, data quality, and responsible AI.
• Stay updated on emerging cloud, data, AI, and automation technologies and share knowledge internally.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Development teams for tech showcases, tenders, and demos.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to onboard new cloud, data, and AI offerings.

• Support Pre-Sales activities by preparing technical materials, solution demonstrations, and basic technical documentation.
• Provide technical inputs to Marketing and internal teams for technology showcases, workshops, events, and customer demonstrations.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and continuously develop technical skills across cloud, infrastructure, data, and AI technologies.
