Job summary

Razer (Asia-Pacific) Pte. Ltd. seeks a Cloud Services Engineer to design, build, and operate a centralized identity platform for enterprise AI products.

You will manage multi-tenant access, roles, and onboarding, while providing APIs and ensuring scalable, secure identity services across the platform. Collaborating with Platform Engineering, SRE, and Security teams, you will implement observability, automate tenant provisioning, and support enterprise workflows with strong focus on

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cloud engineering or multi-tenant platform services.
• Strong knowledge of authentication/authorization protocols: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT.
• Hands-on experience with multi-tenant architecture and access patterns.
• Strong understanding of system design, networking, web tech, and distributed high-traffic systems.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and GitOps.
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Linux administration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate a centralized identity platform for enterprise customers.
• Manage roles, permissions, and access policies for multi-tenant environments.
• Enable secure onboarding, provisioning, and lifecycle management for enterprise accounts.
• Provide APIs/SDKs for integration with AI product teams.
• Support subscription, plan-based access, and product entitlements.
• Define SLIs/SLOs for identity and tenant management services.
