YONYOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive cloud ERP adoption across industries. You will head a team, conduct market research, form partnerships, and generate leads to feed a robust pipeline.

You will tailor Yonyou ERP solutions for clients, collaborate with presales, build long-term relationships, and report performance to shape business strategy. Fluent Mandarin and English are required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in marketing, IT, business or accounting-related fields.
5–8 years in cloud solutions with a business background and ERP exposure.
5–8 years in B2B sales.
Strong communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead team to drive new business development through market research, strategic partnerships, and lead generation activities.
Guide team to build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve company sales targets.
Identify customer needs and introduce tailored Yonyou ERP solutions.
Collaborate with presales and internal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Report sales performance and contribute to business strategy planning.
