The ideal candidate is a junior to intermediate engineer eager to gain practical experience across diverse technologies and projects, with a strong focus on cloud platforms, security, and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Junior to Intermediate-level experience in cloud, infrastructure, system administration, or related technical work.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, security practices, and troubleshooting across multi-cloud environments.
• Willingness to learn across Windows and Linux servers, networking, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure across multiple cloud platforms.
• Support cloud environments used by internal systems and client solutions.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure, system performance, availability, and resource usage.
• Troubleshoot cloud, server, networking, and infrastructure issues.
• Assist with migration of existing systems and applications to cloud environments.

Job description

We are looking for aCloud Engineerto join our team and support our growing cloud and infrastructure environment.

This is a hands-on role coveringCloud Infrastructure, Security, System maintenance, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting. You will work on both our internal infrastructure andcloud environments supporting solutions deployed for our clients.

The role is suitable for aJunior to Intermediate-level engineerwho is interested in cloud infrastructure and security and wants to gain practical experience across different technologies and projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure across multiple cloud platforms.
• Support cloud environments used by both internal systems and client solutions.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure, system performance, availability, and resource usage.
• Troubleshoot cloud, server, networking, and infrastructure issues.
• Assist with migration of existing systems and applications to cloud environments.
• Manage cloud servers, virtual machines, storage, networking, and related services.
• Configure and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Perform cloud infrastructure security configuration and hardening.
• Manage user access, permissions, authentication, and identity management.
• Perform OS and server hardening to improve system security.
• Monitor and address security risks, vulnerabilities, and configuration issues.
• Maintain security controls and follow good security practices across cloud environments.
• Assist with security monitoring and investigation of infrastructure-related security events.
• Perform system updates, patching, and maintenance.
• Support network and connectivity configuration within cloud environments.
• Assist with infrastructure deployment and configuration at client sites when required.
• Work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues involving hardware, software, servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Provide after-hours or emergency technical support when required.
• Maintain technical documentation and system configurations.
• Keep up with new cloud technologies, security practices, and infrastructure solutions.
• Perform other technical duties as required.

Technical Environment

Requirements

• Junior to Intermediate-level experience in cloud, infrastructure, system administration, or related technical work.
• Strong interest in cloud infrastructure and security.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts.
• Willingness to learn and work across multiple cloud platforms.
• Practical and hands-on approach to technical work.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to support after-hours or emergency technical issues when required.
• Willing to travel to client sites when required.
• Good attention to security and system reliability.
