Job summary

SAFIR TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to drive system analysis, IT infrastructure setup and IT delivery across applications.

You will apply both waterfall and Scrum methodologies, coordinate with vendors, support infra upgrades, and work with DevOps to migrate apps into DevOps, with emphasis on banking domain and AI/ML exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in Analysing & Implementing banking application across entity.

• Experience in upgrading/migrating end of life platform to the latest technology platform.
• Experience in working on data centre for Infra Upgrade, patches & Infra related changes.
• Strong technical development background, experience in software development life cycle & documentation.
• Experience in end-to-end system implementation from pre-project to Go-Live.
• Experience in working with security, network, infra provisioning & architect teams.
• Knowledge in cloud computing and SaaS implementation.
• Experience in setting up of connections to the other Interface Systems, batch processing, IBM MQ.
• Experience in setting up applications in newly provisioned infra (e.g. OS, network, storage, agents, database, aldon, control M, monitoring tools etc.)
• Migration of environment including restoration and masking of data.
• Good knowledge of AI/ML, model development lifecycle.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Around 7 years working experience, with at least 6 years in software development, business analysis, system analysis and project/change implementation experience in the financial industry, direct exposure in AI/ML related projects.
