Job summary

SGX Group is seeking a Senior Vice President, DevSecOps Lead (Cloud) to define and drive the enterprise DevSecOps strategy across cloud platforms and automation. You will lead secure software delivery, platform engineering, and governance while embedding security into every lifecycle phase.

This role reports to technology leadership and oversees a broad transformation across the engineering ecosystem. The position requires strong leadership, architecture vision, and hands-on experience with

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or software engineering leadership.
• Proven success building enterprise DevSecOps capabilities, engineering platforms, automation frameworks, and secure software delivery practices at scale.
• Technical stack includes Kubernetes, container platforms, CI/CD technologies, infrastructure-as-code, cloud security tooling, observability platforms, and modern software engineering practices.
• Strong experience operating in highly regulated, mission-critical environments with resilience, security, and governance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and leadership of high-performing engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ICT, or related field; postgraduate qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute SGX's enterprise DevSecOps strategy, operating model, and transformation roadmap.
• Establish secure-by-design and secure-by-default practices across the software lifecycle.
• Define enterprise standards for CI/CD, testing, and release automation.
• Lead cloud platform engineering to boost developer productivity and platform consistency.
• Establish software security controls, vulnerability management, and software supply chain security.
