Job summary

SGX Group seeks a Senior Vice President, DevSecOps Lead (Cloud) to define enterprise DevSecOps strategy, lead cloud platform engineering, and embed security into all stages of the technology lifecycle. You will drive automation, governance, and developer enablement across the Cloud Centre of Excellence.

The role focuses on platform modernization, secure-by-design practices, and scaling secure cloud services for a leading market infrastructure organisation in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud engineering, or platform leadership.
• Proven success building enterprise DevSecOps capabilities and secure software delivery at scale.
• Experience operating in regulated, mission-critical environments with high resilience and governance.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational transformation.
• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute SGX's enterprise DevSecOps strategy, operating model, and transformation roadmap.
• Establish secure-by-design and secure-by-default practices across the software lifecycle.
• Define enterprise standards for CI/CD, automated testing, and release automation.
• Lead cloud platform engineering to improve productivity, consistency, and efficiency.
• Establish software security controls, vulnerability management, and secrets management.
• Define IaC, policy-as-code, and platform automation frameworks.
• Drive developer experience with self-service tooling and AI-assisted development.
• Collaborate with SRE and engineering teams on observability, reliability, and incident management.
• Ensure cloud governance and compliance with regulatory requirements and risk controls.
• Define deployment standards and release governance processes.
• Build high-performing engineering teams and foster a culture of automation and accountability.
• Define and govern the use of AI-powered engineering capabilities across teams.
