Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience with middleware and platform tech stacks.
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident/Problem/Change processes.
• Understanding of LLMs and AI architecture patterns (RAG, Agentic, MCP).
• Experience with monitoring and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliability, availability and stability across defined technical scopes.
• Offer technical expert support for managed workloads and incidents.
• Collaborate with development, project and business teams to meet requirements.
• Promote automation and performance hygiene in production environments.
• Analyze production platforms to identify performance issues and remediation.
• Build working relationships across teams to achieve common goals.
• Engage in DevOps disciplines including CI/CD, testing, monitoring and compliance.
• Operate and enhance middleware platforms and interfaces.
• Develop self-service interfaces and related workflows.
• Own specialist responsibilities in strategic projects.
