Job summary

Precision Medicine Group in Singapore is seeking an accomplished Contracts Manager to join our team. You will review, draft, negotiate, and track Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts across APAC, setting contracting strategies in collaboration with Clinical Operations.

This role requires strong experience in site contracting, budget negotiation, and client-facing interactions with study teams and sponsors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts.
• Experience managing contract processes across APAC region.
• Strong negotiation and budgeting for site contracts.
• Client-facing experience with study teams and sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate and track a variety of clinical agreements including CTAs and vendor contracts.
• Set up contracting strategies for assigned projects in collaboration with Clinical Operations.
• Work closely with study teams to ensure timelines and deliverables align with contracting milestones.
• Maintain compliance and accurate documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
