Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an accomplished Contracts Manager to join our team in Singapore. You will review, draft, negotiate and track a variety of legal agreements, including confidentiality agreements and clinical study agreements, across APAC region.

You will set up contracting strategies, work closely with Clinical Operations study teams, ensure deliverables align with study timelines, and maintain strong client relationships; this is not a line-management role.

Qualifications

• Equivalent experience ideally in a legal, scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts and site Budget negotiations, but no less than 5 years.
• Experienced leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsor.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate and track a variety of legal agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements and amendment agreements across APAC.
• Set up contracting strategies for assigned projects.
• Work closely with Clinical Operations study team to ensure deliverables are in alignment with defined study timelines.
• This is NOT a line manager position.
• You will be client facing during the site contracting process.
