Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an accomplished Contracts Manager to join our team, focusing on site agreements across APAC including the Singapore region. You will review, draft, negotiate and track confidentiality agreements, master NDAs, clinical study agreements, and amendments, aligning contracting strategies with project timelines and study objectives.

You will work closely with Clinical Operations study teams, vendors and sponsors, and may travel domestically or internationally as

Qualifications

Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree.
Equivalent experience ideally in a legal or scientific or healthcare discipline.
Relevant experience drafting and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts and site budget negotiations, with at least 5 years.
Experienced leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsor.

Responsibilities

Review, draft, negotiate and track Confidentiality Agreements, Master NDAs, Clinical Study Agreements and amendments.
Set up contracting strategies for assigned projects and ensure alignment with study timelines.
Work closely with Clinical Operations study team and vendors to manage site contracts.
