Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Contracts Manager to draft, review, negotiate and track a variety of legal agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements and amendments across APAC. You will help set contracting strategies and work closely with the Clinical Operations study team to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

The role requires strong experience in site contract management, vendor negotiations and interaction with study

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating site CTAs and vendor contracts.
• Experience managing site budgets and APAC region.
• Client-facing during the contracting process.
• Experience with CRO, life sciences, biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience interacting with Study Teams and Sponsor.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate and track Confidentiality Agreements, Master Confidentiality Agreements, Clinical Study Agreements and amendments across locations.
• Set up contracting strategies for assigned projects and align with timelines.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations study teams to ensure deliverables meet study timelines.
