Job summary

IQVIA in Singapore seeks a Site Activation Specialist to support feasibility, site activation and maintenance activities in line with regulations and SOPs, liaising with the SAM and project teams. You will prepare and review site documents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across sites.

With 1–3 years in clinical research or a healthcare setting, you will track progress, update systems, and ensure contracts are executed, contributing to smooth study start-up and ongoing site performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field.
• 1–3 years' clinical research or relevant experience, or equivalent.
• 3 years' healthcare environment experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for feasibility, site activation and some maintenance activities.
• Review documents for completeness, consistency and accuracy under supervision.
• Prepare and review site documentation for regulatory and contractual needs.
• Inform team members of completion of regulatory, contractual and other documents.
• Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project teams.
• Update and maintain internal systems, databases and timelines with project data.
• Track progress and approval of regulatory, ethics, ICF and IP release docs.
