Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare or life sciences, including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is preferred.
Experience in clinical research or TCM is advantageous.
Strong communication, learning aptitude, and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage clinical research studies related to Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Recruit, screen, and engage with study participants with informed consent.
Communicate with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team to support study operations.
Collect, enter, and manage research data using designated data management systems.
Perform basic data processing and preliminary analyses as required.
Maintain detailed and organized study records in compliance with guidelines.
Contribute to team meetings with proactive learning and collaboration.
