Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage clinical research studies related to Traditional Chinese Medicine.
  • Recruit, screen, and engage with study participants with informed consent.
  • Communicate with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team to support study operations.
  • Collect, enter, and manage research data using designated data management systems.
  • Perform basic data processing and preliminary analyses as required.
  • Maintain detailed and organized study records in compliance with guidelines.
  • Contribute to team meetings with proactive learning and collaboration.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our research team in supporting our NNI Traditional Chinese Medicine projects. The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree and demonstrate strong communication skills and learning aptitude. A background in healthcare or life sciences, along with basic data entry and processing skills, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and management of clinical research studies related to Traditional Chinese Medicine.
  • Recruit, screen, and engage with study participants, ensuring informed consent and ethical standards are maintained.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team to facilitate smooth study operations.
  • Collect, enter, and manage research data accurately using designated data management systems.
  • Perform basic data processing and preliminary analyses as required.
  • Maintain detailed and organized study records in compliance with regulatory and institutional guidelines.
  • Contribute to team meetings, bringing insights and a proactive approach to learning and collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare or life sciences, including in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
  • Experience: Prior experience in clinical research or TCM is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Genuine interest in health research and dedication to patient care
    • Adaptability and quick learning capabilities within a dynamic research setting
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with demonstrated language proficiency to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders in both professional and informal settings
    • Competency in data management tools, including Excel
