Job summary

The National Neuroscience Institute at Novena Campus in Singapore is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support investigators in conducting clinical trials and research studies, aligned with SG GCP and study protocols.

You will coordinate databases, specimens, recruitment, and documentation, contributing to scholarly outputs and conference abstracts.

Candidates hold a Life Sciences or related degree and bring strong communication, IT literacy, and interest in digital health and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Psychology, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT literacy and statistics skills desirable.
• Experience in digital health, AI, or clinical environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate neuromuscular cohort within a research database.
• Coordinate/banking of biological specimens.
• Curation of genetic information of patients who have performed genetic testing.
• Recruitment of study participants.
• Coordinate clinical trials.
• Updating of research related documentation.
• Coordination of research projects and work of study members.
• Conduct of experiments.

We are looking for a candidate who will be providing research support service to the investigators in the conducting and implementation of clinical trial and/or clinical research studies at the National Neuroscience Institute @ Novena Campus, in adherence to Singapore Guideline for Good Clinical Practice (SGGCP) and protocol requirements.

There will be opportunities to:

• Coordination of neuromuscular cohort within research database
• Coordination/banking of biological specimens
• Curation of genetic information of patients who have performed genetic testing

Requirements:
